Refund Policy
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know whether the refund has been approved.
Approved refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Processing usually takes up to 10 business days once approved.
- Banks and card providers may take additional time to release funds.
Shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
- Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll cover return costs and issue a full refund or replacement according to your choice. Please provide photos within 48 hours of delivery to help us resolve quickly.
Lost return parcels
Please use tracked postage. Items remain your responsibility until received at our warehouse.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund.
