Return window
You have 7 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible, items must be:
- In the same condition you received them
- Unworn or unused, with all tags attached
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
How to start a return
Please email us at info@arborandelm.com.au within 7 days. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Please note that any item sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
Check your order on arrival and let us know immediately if something isn’t right. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items or gift cards
- Personal care goods (beauty, skincare, etc.)
- Hazardous or flammable items
- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.
European Union customers
If your order is shipped into the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period to return items for any reason. Items must still be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and supported by proof of purchase.
